Welcome to Walktober!!! Get this kms in!!! A little friendly competition is on! Move as much as you can and see if you can make the top 🥇🥈🥉(Thank you to our wonderful president Debbie for the extra motivation!!!) Keep track of your activities, time and kms to submit to Amanda by Saturday nights in October👍 If you're interested in getting a move on together, join us for walking and coffee, on Sunday mornings in October. That would be the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th. We will meet at Garry Point Park parking lot at 8:30am to walk/run/cycle. We will meet back at the park for coffee at 9:30am. Stop by your favorite Steveston coffee house on the way or bring your home brew. Don't forget to bring a blanket or chair to the park for after the walk! If you'd like to just come for coffee at 9:30, please do!!! Good luck to all and hope to see you outside!!!
