4) Unmute when harassing the Sergeant at Arms or taking your turn during Sergeant at Arms.

sergeant At Arms Tidbits
This week we had break out rooms where we were asked to discuss a couple of four way test inspired ideas. It was a great idea and thank you Kathy and Mary Lou for coordinating it so well.
First was truth or dare. Members either told a true or false story about themselves and the others had to guess whether the story was true or not. I am not kidding. All the stories were true after all we are Rotarians.
Next up was deciding what was fair as if we were Bonnie Henry for a day. Not a happy topic because fairness can be quite subjective but we all agreed we were glad we are not having to make those decisions.
Next room was disclosing nicknames. All Rotarians were able to escape the last room under an assumed named and became visitors at the meeting. See list of visitors above.
Fun was had by all and it was a welcome change.

Plague, a vastly more lethal pathogen than COVID-19 with case fatality rates which may have been 60–90%, was probably defeated by the development of relatively simple but stringent surveillance and quarantine measures.
In Europe, systematic quarantine, cordons sanitaire and public health measures, including contact tracing, were first developed in the Renaissance.

I don't know what the big deal is about Raj Chouhan becoming speaker of the house. We've had our own South Asian speaker of the "mahal" in our Club for over a decade.
Our own Dalbir Rai received the award of the Fellowship of Chartered Professional Accountants by demonstrating leadership and exceptional performance in at least two of:
- professional career
- volunteer contributions to professional, community or charitable organizations
- volunteer involvement in the affairs of the accounting profession
Dalbir received 14 letters of support from clients, colleagues, EY partners, charitable organizations and Rotary. Congratulations Dalbir.
