The plan is to have one of the speakers each month reflecting the theme, e.g. October is Economic and Community Development Month. - World Rotary Traveler (WRT) Danny has just returned from China and Japan. He would have climbed Mt Fuji but weather did not cooperate. He visited 3 Rotary clubs on this trip and returned with one exchange banner....

- John had a Hawaiian "climate change" story. Apparently some High rise structures must be relocated back from the shoreline due to rising ocean levels!

Did you know? Today, sea level is 5 to 8 inches (13-20 centimeters) higher on average than it was in 1900. That's a pretty big change: for the previous 2,000 years, sea level hadn't changed much at all. The rate of sea level rise has also increased over time.
