Foundation fundraiser (FFR) -  Wine Survivor!   Here is how it works:

1. Send Debbie Samsom a note (debbies@backinmotion.com) saying you want to enter.
2. The entry fee is $20.00 and a bottle of wine valued at $20 (or more if you like!).  These become the spoils for the winners. Bring your money and wine to the Rotary meeting on October 11th.
3. For an extra $5.00 per immunity, you can purchase a maximum of 3 immunities.
4. Once the draws begin, names will be pulled each day for elimination from the pool.  If you have an immunity, your name will go back in.
5. This will continue until there are just 3 people left, who will win:
a.            1st place – 32 bottles of wine
b.            2nd place – 16 bottles of wine
c.             3rd place – 11 bottles of wine
6. If you are first to be eliminated, you will win the first bottle of wine (it’s a pity thing!).

There are only 60 spots (and you can buy more than one spot) so contact Debbie right away if you want to participate.  You must give her your money and your wine by October 11th.  The daily elimination draws will begin on Monday, October 15th .  Once you’re in, you’re in.  No withdrawing unless you have someone to take your spot!

Today's chuckle(s)

Two guys are out hunting in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn’t appear to be breathing, his eyes are glazed over. The other man pulls out his phone with trembling fingers and calls 911. He gasps, "My friend is dead! What can I do?"

The operator says "Please stay calm. I will help you. First of all, let's make sure he's dead."

There’s a silence, then a gun shot. The guy gets back on the phone and says "OK, now what?"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Doctor: “I’ve found a great new drug that can help you with your sleeping problem.”
Patient: “Great, how often do I have to take it?”
Doctor: “Every two hours.”
