The Paul Harris Award is the highest form of recognition a Rotary Club can bestow on a member of the club or the community. Tonight, we recognized three exemplary individuals who have each made outstanding contributions to the community. Congratulations to Bobby Ghirra and Debbie Samsom of our Richmond Sunrise Rotary Club. Congratulations to Harvey Kooner who was our choice for the External Paul Harris Award. We are forever grateful to each of you for all you have done and continue to do for Rotary and for those in need.
