Ron has many fruit trees in his gorgeous backyard and his fellow rotarians came by Saturday morning to help him with the picking!
Winesaps, Gravensteins and Jonathans as well as Anjou pears were harvested into boxes. While a few rotarians took enough for a pie, most of the fruit went to the Richmond Food Bank. A wonderful event for a fall Saturday morning, complete with coffee, muffins and Prosseco! Thank you all, and especially to the brave ones who climbed the ladders!
